About The Program

The Relational Field is a structured, experiential program for people who want to understand their relational patterns and find the freedom and power to choose new ways of relating.

This is an in-depth, 12-week program that goes beyond insight alone.​

After years of working with individuals, couples, and groups, it has become clear that understanding patterns intellectually is rarely enough. Change that lasts needs to happen at an emotional and embodied level.

What this group offers

  • A contained space where patterns can loosen and reorganise

  • A method that uses movement, roles, and structured enactment rather than discussion alone

  • The ability to work with current relational dynamics without needing to retell your entire history

  • Careful pacing, respect for nervous systems, and choice at every stage

 

Most people feel some apprehension about joining a group. That is a normal response that is understood and worked with gently.

What's Included

  • 1 x individual session before the group begins

  • 12 x weekly 2.5 hour group sessions in person

  • 12 x weekly 30 minutes online group sessions 

  • 13 x weekly reflective exercises to do in your own time (approx. 30 minutes)

  • 1 x integration pause week with a reflective practice only

Facilitated by a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist

The Relation Field uses action, roles, and perspective taking exercises to make the unconscious patterns visible and workable - often more effective than talking alone.

Sundays | 20:00-20:30 | Online via Zoom

Reflective Practice

Done in your own time, in your own space

Group Size

Places are limited to 8 participants to maintain safety and depth.

Investment
£130 per week, payable at the beginning of the program. Instalments available upon request.

 

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel before the 4th March: refund of 100% minus £100 to account for the individual session

 

No refund after 4th March 

This is a closed group with a commitment to attend the full programme.
