Group Therapy

A weekly psychotherapy group exploring:

1) relationships with others: how do you perceive your relationships with others? What dynamics play out over and over again without ever evolving?
2) the relationship with yourself: how do you speak to yourself? How do you treat yourself?

What is a psychodrama therapy group?

It's a psychotherapy group where we explore what's happening in your life, in action.

We explore, visually and through the body, the metaphors that guide your psyche. Our language is filled with highly visual expressions that we can easily represent... "I have a weight on my shoulders," "I don't know which way to go", "I am going round in circles"...

In the group, we use objects and/or the group to visualize, experience, and modify the repetitive dynamics you wish to change. Psychodrama does not mean performing. It means using action, movement, and roles to understand relationship patterns faster than talking alone.

Psychodrama allows you to explore and bring fluidity to your relationships with yourself and others.

Will I feel comfortable in a group?

Most people arrive nervous about group. That fear becomes one of the most healing parts—we work with it slowly, respectfully, and at your pace
