Group Therapy

Join my psychotherapy group to work on your relationships:

1) with others: how do you perceive your relationships with others? What dynamics play out over and over again without ever evolving?
2) with yourself: how do you speak to yourself? How do you treat yourself?

What is a psychodrama therapy group?

It's a group psychotherapy where we explore what's happening in your life, in action.

We explore, visually and through the body, the metaphors that guide your psyche. Our language is filled with highly visual expressions that we can easily represent... "I have a weight on my shoulders," "I don't know which way to go", "I am going round in circles"...

In the group, we use objects and/or the group to visualize, experience, and modify the repetitive dynamics you wish to change.

Psychodrama therapy allows you to explore and bring fluidity to your relationships with yourself and others.

Every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, starting November 12, 2025
