Other forms of therapy
I believe we can change our relationship with Life when we bring flexibility to what has become rigid over the years. In psychotherapy, emotions change, as do beliefs, and we can therefore make new choices. These new choices impact our relationships and the direction our life takes.

I also believe that other forms of therapy can be very powerful in facilitating change. Below are therapists that I consider excellent in their fields of expertise and therapies that I consider a perfect complement to the psychotherapy I offer.
